The property features a unique 500' long eco-boardwalk that has been constructed entirely from recycled lumber.
It winds its way through the woods and along part of the shoreline, past mossy boulders, ancient tree stumps, a vernal pool and cedar woodland. There are two places with places to sit and enjoy the tranquility of your very own little 'nature preserve'.

The top end of the boardwalk, where there are no steps, can also be cleared of snow with a snowblower allowing easy access to enjoy the woods even in the winter. You will also see the tracks of numerous animals that like to pass through the area.
