Yard

The entire 2.39 acres of land is filled only with native plants that are extremely low maintenance and provide blooming flowers from spring right through to winter. The flowers attract numerous pollinators, humming birds and numerous other species of birds, reptiles, and mammals.

The area between the house and the lake if one of the few houses on the lake with a fairly flat area, allowing access to the water without having to scramble. The area has lots of lovely soft moss and some lawn.

Near the water is a campfire area
