Below the main deck is a 300 sq. ft. area that is covered with decking and pavers and has a ceiling that prevents water coming in from above.
It is a good place for changing after swimming in the lake, hanging towels and bathing suits and there is even a summer outdoor sink. Five water faucets allow garden hoses and irrigation system to be controlled and one is fitted as a handy place to wash your feet.
Garden equipment is also easily stored here.
From this area one can also enter the basement or go up the stairs to the main deck, etc.
